Don't worry if you're unsure whether you would benefit most from private counselling and psychotherapy, or coaching. We can discuss your circumstances, needs and goals in a free 15 minute consultation.
Click the services above for more detailed information about the many ways Coaching, counselling and psychotherapy can support you.
I believe that Psychotherapy and coaching are both collaborative journeys and when done with an established and accredited practitioner, will empower you to develop coping mechanisms, and ultimately helps you navigate life's challenges with greater resilience.
I utilise a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs. Whether you prefer cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to address negative thought patterns, mindfulness techniques to manage stress, or psychodynamic therapy to delve deeper into unconscious motivations, I'll work with you to find the approach that best helps you achieve your goals.
Your journey of wellbeing extends beyond the therapy room. Whilst I highlight the power of psychotherapy, its important to also recognise the interconnectedness of our lifestyle, mind and body. it may also be important to optimise your results by exploring how lifestyle choices and things such as sleep, nutrition and mindfulness practices, can compliment your therapeutic process.
Within this site, you'll find informative blogs on various mental health topics, tips on managing stress and anxiety, and practical tools to promote emotional well-being.
I invite you to embark on this exploration of self-discovery and unlock the inner strength you already possess. Together, we can navigate life's challenges and cultivate a sense of peace, fulfilment, and well-being.
In order for you to achieve everything you want and deserve from your sessions; its vital that you choose a practitioner who you feel comfortable and able to connect with.
For this reason, I offer a free consultation where we can discuss your needs, difficulties and how we can best work together to get you where you from where you are to where you want to be during your private counselling and psychotherapy or coaching sessions.
